The Nubix RT series of real time security DVRs offer 30fps recording on all channels simultaneously, as well as multi-camera playback of video files with audio. Four, eight, or sixteen camera model, each provides the ability to watch multiple video playback on screen at once, while most other DVRs only offer the ability to play back one video at a time.

Programming and setup menus are understandable and easy to navigate using a standard USB mouse or with the front panel controls. At the core of this real time DVR is an imbedded Linux operating system. It controls the hard drive interface, remote viewing functions and security, and the multilingual menu GUI (graphical user interface).

If the software ever needs upgrading you can always download it free from our support site. Downloading is easy. Merely download the upgrade from the internet with a computer, put it on a USB flash drive, attach it to your DVR and follow the menu driven instructions. We even supply the USB flash drive. Easy to use, dependable, just like all of our surveillance products.

All recording rates use the latest H264 video compression. Record in CIF, half D1 or D1 resolution with a variety of selectable picture qualities from Very High to Low. Watch your cameras in single camera mode or watch multiple live cameras at once in various split screen modes. A digital zoom function lets you magnify points of interest. Search your video by event or time, or use a text-based search function if you are using a POS interface.

Network connection is easy using the built in RJ45 Ethernet (10/100 Base) style LAN connector on the back of the DVR. Standard network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, and DHCP all apply. Use MS IE7 or higher for remote live viewing over the internet or to play back any recording, or to change setup remotely (as long as you have the necessary security passwords).

Built-in functions make it easy for you to program event triggered notification - have the DVR send you an email if it detects unauthorized activity or assert a callback function (available in a network environment) that controls a Windows status icon. This makes the Nubix RT a perfect watchdog on unattended properties, or to monitor employees to make sure they respect areas that are out-of-bounds when supervisors are away. We also provide - for free - advanced remote camera management software (CMS) for the Nubix RT series. This network monitoring software - NEMON, for short - gives you advanced capabilities like remote programming and setting up 2-way audio communication so you can speak with people you see on camera. Easy to use, with a forum and knowledgebase dedicated to our users, this software makes using the Nubix RT to monitor properties and employees streamlined and easy.

The Nubix RT series is available in different configurations for different applications.

Nubix 4RT - For security networks with 1 to 4 cameras.

Nubix 8RT - For security installations with up to 8 cameras.

Nubix 16RT - For larger commercial surveillance applications with up to 16 cameras.

All versions are networkable, viewable remotely from the internet, and include a free infrared remote control and CMS software.
